A defining moment of Vivid Sydney returns at the iconic Sydney Opera House with Lighting of the Sails: Opera Mundi. Designed by French multimedia artist Yann Nguema, this installation explores nature and movement, inspired by architect Jørn Utzon’s vision.

At Circular Quay, Our Connected City turns the harbour skyline into an interactive light experience. Visitors can design their own projections and see them displayed across key landmarks, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge. One featured location is 1 Bligh Street.

Returning with a new home at Darling Harbour, Star-Bound features 1,000 drones lighting up the skies above Cockle Bay. This mesmerising show explores patterns in nature, space and movement.
