DIVVY is both an online parking marketplace and a public car park operator. We offer both pre-book parking for hourly, daily and monthly stays and we also offer casual drive up parking.

DIVVY also works with some of Australia’s largest employers to assist them with managing their staff parking management. If you’re wanting to take advantage of DIVVY’s pre-book parking you can download the DIVVY Parking App or create an account online.

DIVVY’s vision is simple and making our cities smarter through improved connectivity is in our DNA – We aim to maximise the utilisation of the car park and the convenience of access, use and management for the benefit of the property owners, tenants and customers by the application of market leading technology using a combination of both hardware and software.

DIVVY has parking available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Perth. However, as we have new locations popping up all the time, make sure to perform a quick search for your desired area. If no spaces are available in your location, please reach out to our helpdesk so we can confirm if anything is coming soon and add this area to our list. We can then update you on any new locations that may be coming soon.

When you create an account with DIVVY, we will generate a unique QR code and 8-digit PIN that is specific to only you. At car parks where our QR code readers are installed, you will be required to scan these or enter the PIN to gain access when you have a booking. You can also use your PIN when calling our support team to identify yourself.

Hold your QR code approximately 30cm away from the screen and keep it still within the camera box. Once successfully read, the parking barrier will open. If for some reason your QR code is not recognised then please try entering your 8-digit PIN or contacting our helpdesk via 1300 030 317.

There will be times when we perform upgrades and older versions of the DIVVY App will no longer work. Simply download the latest version from the App Store or Google Play to get it working again and experience new features and enhancements. If you’re having issues with the App we suggest deleting the App and reinstalling it.

Alternatively you can also log into your DIVVY account via the web browser on your phone and you can find your QR code, PIN and contactless button here. If this does not help, please contact our support team and they can assist you with further on 1300 030 317.

DIVVY offers different types of access depending on the car park and it’s location, as well as the products offered at that car park. The main forms of access we offer are:

  • QR Code – Every DIVVY user has a personalised QR code which can be scanned at properties where a DIVVY QR code reader is installed.
  • PIN – Underneath your personalised QR code is also a PIN personal to your account and you can enter this on they keypad of any QR code reader installed.
  • Contactless Entry – DIVVY offers contactless car park entry at some properties. To use contactless access via the DIVVY Parking App you will need to ensure “precise locations services” are turn on for the settings on the DIVVY App on your phone. Then, when you arrive at the car park you have an active booking at, a blue button will appear underneath your QR code on the ‘Entry’ tab which will allow you to open the boom gate you are trying to access. If you don’t have the DIVVY Parking App, you can also access the car park via a web browser on your phone, but you will need to be logged into your DIVVY account on the web browser and you will need to click “Account” on the top menu, then select Bookings History and your button will appear next to your booking.

Early Bird is a discounted rate available at selected locations for vehicles that enter and exit within specified times. Details are shown in the DIVVY App and on the website where applicable.

If you are entering a car park with a “QR code reader”, you will have a 15-minute grace period either side of your bookings. However, if the “Access Type” on your booking is listed as “Contactless” then there is no grace period at this car park, so please ensure you book with enough time to enter and exit the car park within your booking time.

Some of DIVVY’s casual drive up car parks offer Accessible parking spaces. If you would like to know which car parks offer accessible parking please contact our customer support team and they will be able to assist you.

My account

To access your bookings, sign in to your DIVVY Account on the DIVVY website. Click on ‘Account’ in the top right corner, then scroll down to ‘Booking History’. Here, you will find a complete history of all your bookings.

You can also find your bookings history on the DIVVY Parking App. Log into the App, select the menu option at the bottom of your screen called “Bookings” and then you will be able to select “Recurring” for any monthly parking bookings or “Once Off” for daily and hourly parking bookings.

To update your credit card information, sign in to your DIVVY Account. Click on ‘Account’ in the top right corner, then scroll down to the section labeled ‘My Car Spaces Payment’.You can also update your details using the DIVVY App by signing in, navigating to ‘Settings’, and selecting ‘Account Information’.

Before resetting your password, remember to include at least one capital letter and one number, as this may help jog your memory. You can reset your password here.

Please note, if you signed up using Facebook or Apple instead of an email address, you cannot change your password through DIVVY. You will need to update your password directly with Facebook or Apple.

This can be done on the DIVVY App or website. To change your password on the website, go to ‘Account’ and select ‘Change Your Password’. On the DIVVY App, go to ‘Settings’, then ‘Account Information’, and press ‘Edit’. It’s that simple!

Pre-book parking

You can search for parking with DIVVY via our App or on our website.

On the website:

1. Click ‘Book’ in the top right corner.

2. Choose the parking type, enter the date and address, then click ‘Show Results.’

3. You need to sign in or create an account to complete your booking.

On the DIVVY App:

1. Create an account (no payment info needed until booking).

2. Tap the ‘P’ icon at the bottom, select your parking type, enter the address, choose the date, and press ‘See Results.’ This makes finding and securing parking simple!

 Yes! You will not be able to make a booking with creating a DIVVY Parking account.

If there is a price change for the space you have booked while you have an active booking with us, we will give you 30 days’ notice before the price change comes into effect.

We accommodate motorcycles and most large cars. Before finalising your booking, please check the details provided for each of our parking spaces. These details specify the type of vehicle that can fit in each space. Be sure to verify the entry height listed to ensure that your vehicle can safely enter and exit the car park.

DIVVY offers parking options by the hour, day, or month. You can book any parking with DIVVY up to 30 days in advance of your chosen start date.

For hourly parking, select your date, then choose the start time and end time for your booking. You can book on the hour or half-hour for an hour (or longer). Please note that prices may vary based on the day you are booking (weekday or weekend) and the time of day (daytime or evening).

For daily parking, select your start date. Depending on the specific car park or location, we offer options for all-day parking, day-only parking, evening parking, or specific access times. If you need both day and evening parking, you will need to make two separate bookings, as prices differ.

For monthly parking, select your start date and choose a car park location. Please verify whether the parking is available 24/7 or only Monday through Friday before finalising your booking.

All prices include GST and levies. DIVVY does not charge booking fees; however, a card payment surcharge will be applied to your booking. DIVVY’s card payment surcharge rates comply with the ACCC guidelines. For more information, please visit the ACCC website.

The surcharge amount will be displayed at checkout before you confirm and pay for your booking.

The card payment surcharges applied by DIVVY are as follows:

  • Mastercard Debit: 0.5%
  • Visa Debit: 0.5%
  • Mastercard Credit Card: 1.5%
  • Visa Credit Card: 1.5%
  • American Express: 2%

Contactless parking means that you no longer need to scan your QR code or enter your PIN at our devices. As a pre-book customer, you can enter and exit the car park via a button that appears underneath your QR code on the DIVVY Parking App.

To be able to use this feature, you will need to ensure precise location services are turned on for the DIVVY App in your phone settings. If a car park offers contactless access, it will say that on the “Access Type” field on the car park listing page.

Access to DIVVY’s contactless parking is via the blue push-button in the DIVVY Parking App.

How to Use:

  1. Ensure that precise location services are enabled for the DIVVY Parking App in your phone settings.
  2. When you arrive close to the driveway, a blue button will appear on the “Entry” screen, alongside your QR code and PIN.
  3. Tap the blue button and select:
    • “Entry” to enter the car park, or
    • “Exit” to leave the car park.
  4. The boom gate or roller shutter will open, allowing your vehicle to enter or exit.

Note: The blue button will only appear during the time of an active booking.

Each site on it’s description page has an “Access Type” listed. The access type will either say “QR Code” or “Contactless”.

If a car park is listed as offering QR code access, you will be able to enter using your 8-digit PIN, which can be found in your account (we recommend keeping a copy handy).
However, if the car park offers contactless access only, you will not be able to access the property using a PIN. In this case, please contact our support team on 1300 030 317 and provide your booking details to gain access.

You can access a DIVVY car park 15 minutes before your booking start time to give yourself enough time to find your space. We also offer the same 15-minute grace period at the end of your booking to allow you time to exit.

If you are booking by the hour, we recommend allowing for an hour of flexibility on either side of your booking. If you arrive earlier than the 15-minute grace period, you will need to make an hourly booking for the current time.

Cancel & Refund

A Monthly booking may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. We know that sometimes things are out of your control or you need to cancel your booking last minute, so for casual parking (daily or hourly) you can cancel up to the minute before your booking start date and time.

For monthly parking, contact our helpdesk and we will process your cancellation request.
For daily or hourly parking, you can cancel your booking directly via the DIVVY App if the booking is yet to start. To cancel, on the DIVVY app select ‘Bookings’, click on the booking you’re wanting to cancel and then scroll to the bottom of that booking and press “Cancel booking”.

Daily and Hourly bookings need to be cancelled before the booking begins. If you want to cancel your booking after it begins please contact our helpdesk who will free this space up for others to book. However, please note in order to receive a refund for your booking you will need to cancel prior to the booking commencing.

Rebook for the correct date/time/location and cancel the incorrect booking directly via the DIVVY app, or contact immediately to our helpdesk. Once cancelled, you will be refunded within 1-5 business days.

Your bond will be returned once confirmation of your swipe key being handed back has been received by DIVVY. The refund will be issued by DIVVY on the same day.

DIVVY will provide a refund should your space be taken, or you have been unable to access the car park. We will refund you back to the credit card on the booking and this will be for the days where parking was affected only. Please note that DIVVY can only provide refunds in relation to your booking and cannot cover costs of parking with other operators or other car parks.

If the car space you have booked is unavailable to you during the booking, you are entitled to a refund for the day(s) that the car space was not available if we cannot find an alternative space in the car park. Please call our support team (found on your booking confirmation email, DIVVY App, or access device) and they will help to allocate you a new car space for the day. If there are no alternative options or spaces available, we will provide you with a credit note for your booking. If your booking is a Monthly booking, we will provide you with a credit note for the day affected.

Casual parking

When you’re accessing a Drive Up DIVVY location that has a payment device rather than a QR Code reading device, simply approach the boom gate, and stop at our DIVVY device located before the entry. You then select ‘Enter’ and will be asked to tap your card to pay the daily rate. When you’re ready to leave the car park, approach the exit boom gate in your vehicle and it will open automatically.

DIVVY offers drive-up parking in Sydney at the Norwest Business Park, Haymarket, Glebe, Surry Hills, and Parramatta. At Braddon & Barton in Canberra, and at Geelong and Box Hill in Melbourne. Stay tuned for the soon-to-be-available parking lots!

We accept VISA, AMEX and Mastercard via PayWave using your credit card or mobile phone. Please note we charge a credit card surcharge on all transactions.
